The Content Strategy SIG, launched in 2009, is the STC home for members who are practitioners or aspiring practitioners in this field.
There is so much activity in the various content strategy forums – the Google groups, LinkedIn, and so on – that this site is more of a reference point to send people to the places where practitioners are talking. Having said that, there is enough distinction between what we do as practitioners in the structured content / product content / content management space that we do need our own forum to discuss issues that bore others to tears but are of vast interest to us.
